Does your child want to play a sport? Is your child's physical about to expire? If so, the Shiloh Athletic Department will be hosting a school wide 2021-2022 Pre-Participation physical day on Tuesday, April 27th from 6:00pm-7:30pm. Take advantage of this opportunity!  Details are listed above.

Cost is $20. Physicals may be purchased online 
Enter the main entrance of building (park near new gym/softball field)
Athletes MUST be accompanied by one parent
Masks MUST be worn at all times
Athletes and parents must be in line by 7:30pm to receive a physical.
